With more than 20 years of global leadership experience in R&D, innovation, and science-led product development, Elise is known for her collaborative leadership style, deep engagement with teams and markets, and commitment to translating cutting-edge science and human-centric insights into scalable consumer experiences. Elise is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and holds a research MS in Reproduction and a MS in Product Design and Innovation Management.
