New for 2025, the Sabinsa knowledge day will bring together over 40 members of the product development community for a rich programme of practical demonstrations and presentations, showcasing Sabinsa’s latest innovations.

Throughout the day, attendees will be able to engage with their products via interactive and insightful sessions sharing how they tackle key health and wellbeing goals. There will be the opportunity to meet the experts at Sabinsa and ask them key questions whilst benefitting from relaxed networking with others attendees of the event.

Lactospore®

Lactospore® by Sabinsa is a clinically validated, highly stable, and resilient probiotic strain designed to support gut health and beyond. With its exceptional shelf stability and versatility, it enables the formulation of a wide range of products, from functional foods to dietary supplements. Due to its exceptional thermostability it can be incorporated even in baked goods or ice cream.

Cirpusins®

Clinical findings of Curpusins® showed significant body weight control in obese individuals. The weight management effect of Cirpusins® showed dose dependent significant inhibition of adipogenesis and the preclinical study on high fat diet induced obesity showed reduction in body weight, and fat weight, especially the visceral fat. The lipid profile and the biochemical parameters were normalised with supplementation.

Shagandha®

Withania somnifera, commonly known as Ashwagandha, Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry, is a sub-shrub belonging to the family Solanaceae. Ashwagandha has been known for its potential to treat a diverse range of chronic health conditions for many centuries. It is popularly known as an adaptogenic herb for managing stress and mood, widely evaluated across the globe for various pharmacological activities.

Curcumin C3 Reduct®

Curcumin has been the subject of extensive research due to its potential role in supporting overall health and wellness. Studies have explored its impact on promoting a healthy lifestyle, with particular interest in its nutritional support for maintaining healthy joint function, liver health, and cardiovascular wellness. Curcumin C3 Reduct® is the hydrogenated derivative of the curcuminoids from Curcumin C3 Complex®. It is colourless, tasteless and aesthetically acceptable than curcuminoids (which gives yellow stain).

Nigellin® (Black Cumin Seed Extract)

Prepared from the most health promoting blessed seed – Black Cumin Seed (Nigella sativa). For thousands of years, Black Cumin Seed has been used extensively as an herbal remedy and as a food condiment around the world. Sabinsa has improved upon the goodness of Black Cumin Seed by isolating the most active compound.

Saberry®

Saberry®is a light coloured powder, which is processed from fresh Amia by a novel process to retain the natural goodness of the fruits. lt has been standardized using a valid biomarker β-glucogallin. In-house studies revealed that β-glucogallin is a more powerful antioxidant molecule than ascorbic acid. Saberry® can be used in the form of capsules, tablets or incorporated in functional foods and it is water soluble, so can be incorporated into beverages. It has applications in fruit juices, citrus-based beverages, noodle flavour packs and dusting flavours for products like chips, wafers, cashew nuts and peanuts.
