With over 15 years of experience in R&D, innovation, and technical sales, Yvette brings a deep understanding of product development and market-driven innovation to Ulrick & Short’s development team. She has held key roles across the food industry, from leading NPD projects in emerging snack categories at PepsiCo to managing innovation and technical sales at Hilton Foods Dalco. Her hands-on expertise spans grains, baking, and plant-based solutions, underpinned by a strong commercial mindset. Yvette holds an MSc in Food Science from Wageningen University and a BSc in Food Technology from HAS green academy. Since recently joining Ulrick & Short, Yvette uses her technical know-how and creative thinking to help customers solve formulation challenges and bring innovative concepts to market.
