Suzanne Allers
Suzanne is a Founding Partner at Untapped Innovation and a specialist in turning complex science into clear, engaging product stories that connect with people and markets.
She works with global R&D teams to link breakthrough technologies with real user motivations, shaping ideas and strengthening innovation capability from concept to launch. Her experience spans diverse sectors from batteries, beverages, shaving to snacking, giving her a broad perspective on translating technical possibility into meaningful consumer value. Through consultancy and the Innovation Gym programme, she helps teams build confidence in practical innovation and technical storytelling.
With a PhD in Chemistry from Cambridge, Suzanne spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble, where she created the “Technical Product Story” approach to strengthen innovation and communication. She is also a co-founder of STEM Untapped, with 5% of Untapped profits funding its mission to widen access to STEM.
