After receiving a Master of Public Health in Nutrition in the US, Silke gained valuable experience in the food industry, specialising in diabetes and weight management. In 2016, She joined BENEO in Germany as Manager Nutrition Communication to support customers with the nutrition physiology of BENEO’s ingredients. Silke has been speaking on BENEO’s behalf at several conferences to customers, scientists as well as health care professionals.
