Sally has over 30 year’s experience in Consumer Science and Innovation within FMCG.  Working on diverse categories such as Beauty Care, Male Grooming, Consumer Health Care and Food and Beverages

For the last 5 years she has lead the Global  Consumer  Science team in R&D at Mondelez International.  Leading the transformation to becoming more consumer centric and delivering new innovation processes.  Mondelez International has a huge product portfolio including iconic brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk,  Oreo, Sour Patch Kids, Philadelphia.
