Rodrigo Mallorquin is an Application Scientist at Rousselot’s Global Application Center, where he has been working for the past two years within the Health & Nutrition sector. He specializes in supporting customers with collagen-based formulations, providing technical troubleshooting and hands-on guidance to optimize product performance. Rodrigo also plays a key role in driving innovation by developing new recipes and prototypes that showcase the versatility of collagen in functional applications. With a strong focus on practical solutions and customer collaboration, he helps translate collagen science into market-ready concepts that meet evolving consumer needs.

Rodrigo holds a MSc. In Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business from KU Leuven.
