Robin Simsa is Commercial Director at Revo Foods, an Austrian food-tech company developing high-protein mycoprotein products through its proprietary 3D food extrusion technology. Based at the company’s Taste Factory in Vienna, Revo Foods combines fermentation-based ingredients with advanced food production methods to create scalable, nutritious, and distinctive next-generation foods. Robin works on commercial strategy, retail expansion, and international partnerships, helping bring Revo Foods products into major supermarket chains such as REWE, EDEKA, and SPAR. At Food Matters Live, he will share practical insights on how flavour, colour, texture, and product positioning can support consumer acceptance of novel protein products.
