Peter leads the Sustainable Healthy Food Group, which focuses on co-designing and evaluating policies and interventions for healthy, sustainable diets. Peter has been working on healthy, sustainable diets for over 15 years and has published work on this topic in The Lancet, Science and Nature. He currently leads a policy research hub called THRIVING Food Futures which considers the health co-benefits of sustainable diets and regularly provides evidence to UK policymakers working in health or sustainability of food systems.
