He leads innovation strategies that anticipate market trends and address producer needs, enabling traditional manufacturers to evolve towards sustainable, cost-efficient and trend-aligned products. With over 25 years of international experience in business transformation and category management, he now focuses on transforming the food system by making scalable, clean-label alternatives a reality for producers and consumers.
