Molly Sykes
I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and Science Specialist within the Science team at Holland & Barrett. My role focuses on critically evaluating clinical research, grading the strength of evidence, and identifying key health outcomes of ingredients to inform product innovation and substantiate health claims. I am passionate about translating nutrition science into clear, engaging insights that support responsible product development and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
I hold a BSc in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Bath and an MSc in Human Nutrition from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham. I began my career in clinical nutrition, supporting patient care as a Dietetics Assistant, before moving into personalised nutrition as a Nutrition Coach. These experiences shaped my drive to make nutrition science accessible, accurate and impactful, a focus I now apply within the wellness industry.
