Michael has been Head of Culinary at Enough for over 5 years, supporting customers in product development and route to market with their ABUNDA mycoprotein based products.

With a background in restaurant kitchens and having spent the last 15 years in New Product Development and Food Manufacture, having helped launch a large number of products into major UK retailers and QSR’s, innovation is at the heart of everything he does.
