Mark B. Cope
IFF
Dr Cope received his undergrad (Chemistry and Math) and PhD (Nutrition Sciences) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His career has been dedicated to advancing nutrition science by conducting nutrition studies, by staying connected to current research, by learning new technologies and by working in roles (university and industry) that allow him to develop ideas to drive innovation and new business opportunities. At IFF, Mark has served in several roles in the last 15 years. For the last 3 years, he was the Innovation Program Director for our Re-Imagine Wellness Team and today, he is the Director of New Business Development, Nutrition, Protein Solutions.
