Lynn Richardson is a Technical Sales Manager for Functional Solutions, supporting food and beverage manufacturers in developing products that deliver both technical performance and nutritional value. She holds a degree in Food Science from the University of Reading and has 30 years’ experience in the specialty and functional food ingredients industry, working at the intersection of product design, formulation and commercial strategy.
With extensive hands‑on expertise in formulation science, functional ingredient systems and industrial scalability, Lynn specialises in helping brands translate ingredient innovation into viable, market‑ready products. Her career spans technical and commercial roles across the UK, Australia and the wider EMEA region, providing a strong international perspective. Lynn works closely with customers across dairy, bakery, beverages, convenience, meat and plant‑based applications, supporting innovation aligned to health, functionality and sustainability trends.
