Louisa Brunt

Louisa is a registered nutritionist with experience of working across the food and food supplements industry. She leads nutrition science and research at M&S, supporting evidence-based product development and forward-looking innovation. Growing up on her family's mixed arable, beef and free-range poultry farm in North Wiltshire shaped her interest in food systems, production and sustainability. With a focus on dietary fibre, Louisa authored the M&S white paper ‘Bridging Britain’s Fibre Gap’, launched in parliament in January 2026, advocating for greater collaboration to drive innovation and improve communication around fibre.
