Lauren has five years of experience as a commercial chef and loves to explore new flavour combinations and recipes from across the globe. In her personal life she enjoys a mixture of both calming and exhilarating activities from spending quiet afternoons crafting with her cat or loud weekends racing with her family’s FFC (Fuel Funny Car) drag racing team.
