Konstantina Karagkika is Senior Director of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at The Coca‑Cola Company, where she leads regulatory advocacy across Northern Europe to remove barriers to growth and enable business innovation. She works closely with trade associations and external stakeholders on science‑ and nutrition‑related policy, while overseeing regulatory compliance and providing scientific expertise to support the innovation pipeline. Konstantina also leads initiatives on the application of AI within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs function and drives continuous improvement through governance and capability programmes. Previously, she headed food regulatory, safety and emerging risks at innocent Drinks and has held technical leadership roles across the food industry, spanning ready meals, nuts and speciality ingredients. Her experience includes global supply chains, technical operations and supplier auditing. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of Reading, UK.
