Kojo Brifo is a seasoned food industry executive with over 15 years of expertise across the United States, Middle East, and Africa. As Country Managing Director at Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, Africa's leading supplier of seasonings, ingredients, and flavors, he has established a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and built West Africa's premier Research, Development and Application laboratory.

Under his leadership, Brifo has scaled operations to a 50+ member team, developed innovative flavor solutions tailored to African palates, and driven significant business growth through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge technology implementation. His expertise spans P&L management, food science, supply chain optimization, and new product development.

Previously, Brifo held senior positions at Sensient Flavors North America and Kerry Ingredients & Flavors. He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from KNUST, Ghana.
