He has held senior leadership roles within eggs, seafood and plant‑based ingredients, and has extensive experience developing and scaling products for retail, foodservice and international markets.
At DAVA Foods, Jens works at the intersection product development and customer needs, helping to turn pure ingredients into shelf‑stable, convenient products that are easy to use without compromising nutrition or taste. He is particularly passionate about mild processing, functional protein and creating real food solutions that fit modern lifestyles.
