Jelbrich is a Belgian chef with a great passion for taste and flavour creation and sustainability. He's mainly involved in technical cooking and always tries to understand the product in itself. "At Beneo we currently have all these at hand," Jelbrich says "and I can let myself go in the 'tastelab' in order to offer added value to our customers."
