Jane Whittaker has over 35 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, including 25 years with IFF. She specialises in ingredient innovation, developing solutions that enhance deliver on taste, texture, stability and health across multiple applications and categories.
With a strong background in science and nutrition, Jane has extensive experience shaping strategy from both a market and manufacturer perspective, working closely with global food and beverage customers. She is particularly passionate about customer-facing roles and is driven by a curiosity for new technologies and evolving consumer behaviours.
