Jane Nansubuga is an Application Expert at Rousselot’s Global Expertise Center, where she coordinates and executes innovation and customer projects across food, health, and nutrition applications.
She designs and performs analytical methods to understand food product behavior, translating concepts into market‑ready solutions.
Her work combines formulation expertise, process optimization, and customer‑focused technical support. With a strong foundation in Food Science & Technology and an MSc in Food Technology from Ghent University, she is passionate about translating scientific innovation into practical, real‑world product applications.
