I’m the Chief Sustainability Strategist at Vyne Group. I spent 12 years as a Royal Navy clearance diver. I learned early that when a system fails, the consequences are irreversible. That instinct, to find where the system is the problem before anything else, is what I brought to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, to Pyxera Global, and now to the Vyne Group.
I work with organisations that have the ambition but not the traction. My focus is supply chain decarbonisation, circular economy, and the gap between a sustainability strategy and an operating model that actually delivers one. I have done this with global consumer goods manufacturers, defence and aerospace companies, and organisations navigating the shift from reporting to action.
The gap between knowing and doing is not a data problem. It is a system problem. That is what I fix.
