Beginning his career as a chef in Michelin-starred kitchens, to working at high-end restaurants and hotels, including a two year stint in Australia, James has consistently pushed the boundaries of food. More recently, James has held significant product developer roles at major retailers. James has spent the last two and a half years leading the fresh innovation team at Sainsbury’s, before moving to his current role
