Starting as an exclusive catering chef and institutional chef, and later spending six years in Kraft Heinz product development, he brings a broad and grounded perspective to shaping the future of food. Over the past six years, he has grown the culinary headcount from one to twelve and helped shift culinary from a service function to a true partner at the innovation table. His work brings culinary authenticity, data-driven global culinary trends, and best-in-class prototypes, gold standards, and product activations into the heart of innovation.
