Conor received his Bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin Institute of Technology and his PhD from the School of Medicine, University College Dublin.
He has presented his award winning findings at multiple national and international nutrition and medical conferences. His research has been published in international peer-reviewed medical journals, attracted over €210,000 in research funding to date and led to national/international awards.
Conor’s interest in female health stems from speaking at a 2019 conference about endometriosis. Realising that endometriosis is a common, severe problem associated with excess inflammation and fatigue with dysregulated hormones, Conor and his team at nutrition company, Phytaphix, set about formulating an evidence based nutrition product based on over 105 human intervention research studies. The resultant product, EndoHormone Phix, helps with normal inflammation, reducing fatigue and regulating hormones.
Conor is also interested in lifestyle and nutrition approaches for PMS, PCOS, fibroids, fertility, pregnancy and menopause.
