Claire is CEO of Airfield Estate – a leading Dublin tourist attraction and Dublin’s sustainable food hub, a place where people can reconnect with where their food comes from. Claire is a public health nutritionist by background and prior to joining Airfield, she spent many years working in communications roles in the UK and Ireland for a range of diverse organisations including the British Nutrition Foundation, the MRC Human Nutrition Research, UCD and global food multinational Danone. She is a former member of the safefood Advisory Board, Strategic Advisor to BLab Ireland and Chair of the Advisory Board of the All Ireland Science Media Centre.
