Chris Lukehurst
Chris is a renowned food and drink psychologist and author. He has been working to understand consumers’ emotional responses to what they eat and drink for over 20 years. His company, The Marketing Clinic, partners with companies such as Nestlé, PepsiCo, Danone, Mondelez, General Mills… to help them create food and drink brands that consumers love and come back for again and again.
His book “The Shape of Taste” has increased awareness and interest in understanding how aroma, taste and texture evoke emotional responses in consumers and how, when intelligently managed, they can be used to create the best experiences for consumers.
When not exploring the emotions of consumption, Chris can generally be found outdoors running, cycling or climbing mountains.
