Caroline leads a diverse team of scientists and engineers responsible for delivering R&D breakthroughs in oat quality & diversity, bioprocessing technology, analytical science, consumer experience and human nutrition, working closely with other teams at Oatly to bring great tasting, healthy & sustainable oat-based products to the market. She is a biochemist, a Registered Nutritionist and has worked at the intersection of agriculture, food science and nutrition for over 15 years. She is a visiting Professor at the University of Leeds.
