Caroline thrives in multidisciplinary environments and enjoys creatively connecting diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful change. With over 14 years of experience in sustainability and the agrifood sector, she is passionate about transforming food systems. After earning a BSc in Organic Agriculture and an MSc in Management, Economics and Consumer Behaviour from Wageningen University, she set out to work on projects and programmes that help make sustainability mainstream across the agrifood chain. As Programme Manager for Circular Agrifood at Foodvalley, Caroline collaborates with a wide range of partners to accelerate upcycling, turning agrifood side streams into valuable ingredients, contributing to a more circular and resilient food system.
