Bill Randles is managing director of the innovative high-protein cow’s milk brand SuperNutrio, as well as its parent company, goat’s milk brand St Helen’s Farm.

In this role, Randles has overseen the development and launch of SuperNutrio – a 100% cow’s milk with double the protein and 80% more calcium than standard cow’s milk but with nothing added.

With decades of experience in the food & beverage sector, Randles also has experience working for big name retailers such as Costcutter and Sainsbury’s as well as in foodservice for Compass Group and in wholesale for Makro.

Randles also has a passion for nutrition, with both a Master’s Degree in Animal Nutrition as well as a PhD in Nutritional Physiology, both from the University of Aberdeen.
