With 15 years’ experience in food innovation, Ben has worked on shaping products for some of the UK’s best-known food brands, including M&S, Asda, Marston’s and Holland & Barrett. Now Food Development Manager for Farmhouse Inns at Greene King, he brings his kitchen experience, commercial knowledge and focus on the customer to the nation’s favourite carvery. Ben cut his teeth in restaurant kitchens in the US and has worked both sides of the table – retail and foodservice – turning great food ideas into dishes and products that truly deliver.
