Alex has been part of the technical sales team at Ulrick + Short for nearly four years. She combines her Food Science degree with hands-on product development experience gained at Symington’s, bringing a strong technical foundation alongside a practical, commercially focused approach. Alex works closely with customers across multiple sectors, sharing ingredient expertise and supporting the journey from concept through to scalable, high-quality product launches.
