Abigail Attenborough
Abigail holds a first-class Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and has developed a diverse career spanning nutrition within the catering sector.
She began her career in healthcare as a Wellbeing Lead, where she drove improvements in workplace wellbeing culture. She subsequently joined NHS Supply Chain as a Nutrition Compliance Manager, supporting hospitals to meet national food and drink standards and delivering nutrition training. More recently, Abigail worked as a Senior Nutritionist within procurement, overseeing recipe nutrition and allergen analysis.
At ISS, Abigail initially joined as Defence Nutritionist, supporting menu development and ensuring nutrition compliance across the UK’s military defence catering. She later transitioned into workplace nutrition, where she now focuses on ensuring ISS’s corporate catering environments are nutritious, balanced, and designed to positively influence customers towards healthier and more sustainable choices.
