Ileen Wilke is a dynamic community manager with over eight years of experience across agriculture, the private sector, media, and international relations. She holds an MSc in International Development from Wageningen University and a degree in African Studies from Leiden University. Ileen specializes in forging partnerships that advance regenerative agriculture. As the Community Manager for Regenerative Agriculture at Foodvalley, she brings creativity and a collaborative mindset to connect diverse stakeholders. Her work spans sustainable value chains, inclusive agribusiness, and soil health, with hands-on experience in both West Africa and Europe.
