A bistro-inspired space showing how savoury depth, sweet indulgence and lighter formats can be rebalanced for today’s expectations. Expect cocoa-style drinks, layered savoury small plates and lighter dairy-led dessert formats, all designed to deliver richness, satisfaction and flavour with smarter ingredient choices.

The Joy Yard

The Play Lab
An experimental space exploring protein, fibre, fruit, texture and high-impact flavour in playful formats designed for changing consumer needs, including GLP-1. Expect frozen, snackable and bite-sized concepts that explore functional indulgence, portion conscious eating and bold sensory impact.
