MVP Prototyping: How do we find the “ideal” design (sweet spot)?
In food development, even when the goal is clear, knowing where to focus can be challenging , especially when every change affects the whole product. In this hands-on session, we’ll use a real food example to explore a simple MVP approach. Starting from consumer evidence, we’ll identify what matters most, look at how those attributes are experienced, and compare different prototype directions to find the “sweet spot”. This is a practical way to make clearer, faster decisions and move forward with confidence in a complex system.
