Food Matters Live London will take place in the National Hall at Olympia London, on 16-17 June 2027.

Registration opens at 8am each day.

Food Matters Live London is open to professionals working for food brands, manufacturers, QSRs, retailers and foodservice businesses across NPD, technical, culinary, marketing and nutrition roles.

Your Experience

The event brings together a range of interactive experiences designed to help you discover new ingredients, explore the latest food and beverage innovations, and connect with industry experts and peers.

Across the event, you can take part in Tastes of Better sessions, NPD Discovery Roundtables and inspiring talks and discussions, as well as meet ingredient suppliers and solutions providers showcasing the latest innovations shaping the future of food and drink.

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to network, exchange ideas and make valuable connections with professionals from across the industry.

At Food Matters Live London, four main stages will host a packed programme of industry topics, expert speakers and thought-provoking discussions, designed to spark conversations and help you tackle the challenges facing your business.

Insights and Trends
Explore the trends, consumer behaviours and market developments shaping the food and drink industry, with insights to help inform your future strategy and decision-making.

Future of Positive Nutrition
Discover the latest thinking around health and nutrition, from changing consumer needs and nutritional science to the opportunities for developing healthier, more purposeful products.

Flavour and Colour Lab
Dive into the latest developments in flavour and colour, exploring emerging trends, new technologies and the ingredients helping product developers create distinctive food and drink experiences.

NPD Discovery Theatre
Hear from industry experts on the challenges and opportunities shaping new product development, with practical insights, innovative approaches and inspiration to support your NPD journey.

All sessions can be booked via the Food Matters Live app, which is due to launch in Spring 2027. We’ll be in touch with all registered attendees once the app is live, with details on how to access it and start planning your day.

Please note that some sessions, including Tastes of Better and Table Talks, have limited availability and are bookable on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your place.

On-site, a member of the team will be on hand to sign you in to each booked session.

The exhibition areas are open throughout the day and can be explored at any time as part of your Food Matters Live experience.

We’ll also offer a series of themed Show Floor Tours, providing a guided way to explore the exhibition and discover the exhibitors, ingredients and solutions most relevant to your interests.

Each tour will focus on a specific theme, taking you around a curated selection of exhibitors and giving you the opportunity to discover new innovations, hear directly from suppliers and make valuable connections along the way.

Tickets and Bookings

All attendees are carefully qualified to ensure they meet our audience criteria. Once you application has been submitted, a member of the Food Matters Live team will be in touch to confirm if your application has been successful and you can purchase a pass to attend, or if you unfortunately do not qualify to attend.

Our tickets start at £45+VAT as an earlybird rate, which gradually increases throughout the event run-up. We recommend that the earlier you book, the more cost effective ticket you will get.

Yes tickets are available on-the-door, however please be expect a small delay in order for the team to qualify your place. These include on-the-day bookings online.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to purchase tickets over the phone, so please book your tickets online.

You won't need to bring a print out or proof of ticket purchase. Onsite at our registration desk, you simply need to provide your name in order for your ticket to be printed.

If you wish to change the date of your ticket to Food Matters Live, please contact info@foodmatterslive.com

We do not offer any refunds on purchased tickets to Food Matters Live, however you are welcome to transfer your tickets to a future event, or our event in Rotterdam. Please contact info@foodmatterslive.com to request this.

All Food Matters Live day passes includes access to a networking lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Please make our team aware of any dietary requirements you have upon registering.

Visitor Accessibility

Yes, there is step-free access via the ramp to make it easy to get into the venue.

Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance: https://www.olympia.co.uk/visiting/parking-faqs. Blue Badge spaces are subject to the standard charge.
