Kudos Blends is a UK-based manufacturer of baking powders and chemical leavening systems, working with industrial bakeries to solve formulation and process challenges at scale. We support NPD across a wide range of bakery applications, helping teams solve bakery challenges, while delivering perfect aeration, texture and shelf life.

Our team combines chemists with experienced bakers, so we understand both the reactions behind leavening and the realities of running a production line. We’re particularly active in areas such as phosphate reduction, aluminium-free systems and reformulation for healthier, cleaner-label baking, supporting manufacturers as they respond to changing regulatory and consumer demands.
