Tempty Foods is a Danish food innovation leader on a mission to move beyond the era of meat imitations. Founded at DTU and recognized among Denmark’s Top 25 Female Entrepreneurs, we have pioneered a new category of food centered on mycelium ("mushroom roots"). By utilizing mycelium grown through liquid fermentation, we leverage its naturally filamentous texture to achieve a superior "bite" and light umami flavor without the need for artificial binders or masking agents.

Our approach is consumer-centric, built on the foundation of great taste and nutritious ingredients without using isolates. With an asset-light business model that utilizes existing food production equipment, we offer a proven, scalable, and sustainable solution already trusted by major partners including 7-Eleven, Coop, and Halifax Burgers.
