Our ingredient portfolio includes NOvo Protein™, a multifunctional plant-based protein with neutral taste, excellent solubility, and strong foaming, gelling and emulsifying properties for bakery, dairy alternatives, beverages and nutrition applications. We also have natural blue colour called Pure Blue™, derived from spirulina offering acid-stable, clean-label colour solutions, and BioSolar Spirulina™, a premium-quality spirulina cultivated in our controlled, contamination-free system for use in nutrition, supplements, and functional food and drink formulations.

The health benefits of microalgae are numerous and well documented for microbiome and gut health, satiety, inflammation, immune system, cell metabolism, muscle loss and recovery and cognitive function. Microalgae are packed with nutrients such as highly digestible and complete amino acid protein, multiple bioactive vitamins and minerals, omega 3 fatty acid lipids and key carbohydrates all of which are readily extracted.
