Wendy has over 25 years of food manufacturing experience in the FMCG sector across the UK and Europe. She has held roles in R&D, Technical and Nutrition, leading innovation and renovation projects across retail and foodservice. Her background spans multiple product categories, including tea, savoury, dressings, spreads, plant-based protein and ice-cream. With a BSc in Biological Sciences and Health Studies, she has strong expertise in food allergen management, food safety and compliance. As the allergen lead within Campden’s Food Safety Management Systems team (FSMS), she is responsible for allergen training and consultancy services, supporting clients in delivering safe, high‑quality food.
