Having worked as a Development Technologist at English Provender Company and as a Project Lead at West London Food Innovation Centre, Sebastian has delivered innovative, trend-led solutions for both retail and foodservice. His hands-on kitchen experience as a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie gives him a strong appreciation of functionality and flavour in real-world applications.
