Samah Garringer is Chief Commercial Officer at ENOUGH. She is an experienced food industry executive with nearly two decades of experience in establishing and scaling plant-based and alternative protein ingredients at companies such as Avril Group and DSM-Firmenich. At ENOUGH, Samah is a member of the executive team and leads the commercial and quality team to contribute to the company’s mission: Produce 1 million tons of mycoprotein in the first 10 years of production.
