Richard Wilkinson is UK Managing Director of NEOH, the high-growth, no-added-sugar confectionery brand backed by Ferrero. He is leading NEOH’s UK expansion via retail and D2C, building a challenger brand in one of the toughest FMCG categories. Alongside this, Richard is spearheading ZERO+, a fibre-based sugar-replacement platform designed to help major food manufacturers remove sugar without compromising taste or texture. Richard brings over fifteen years of commercial experience in food and FMCG, having previously led operational transformation at Nurture Brands and founded Doisy & Dam.
