With over 15 years of global experience, Bettina is known for navigating complex regulatory environments and shaping forward‑looking nutrition and sustainability policy. Prior to joining Mars in 2023, Bettina worked at Danone UK & Ireland heading up Regulatory Affairs and Public Affairs, leading external engagement, product compliance, and major nutrition advocacy initiatives. Prior to Danone, Bettina worked for over a decade at Unilever in local, regional, and global roles in product development and regulatory affairs.
