Live pitch: Next Gen Food & Drink start-up Jack and Chill pitch to investors at Food Tech Matters April edition

Inspired by her mother and grandmother’s homemade jackfruit dishes in Kerala, Jack & Chill founder Nisha Menon decided to introduce the fruit to the UK.
Jack & Chill range of plant-based frozen foods uses less than 10 ingredients and the main ingredient, jackfruit, is sourced from local farmers in Kerala.

In 2019 Nisha Menon launched Jack & Chill jackfruit burgers, biryani and pulled jackfruit in Planet Organic and in several health food stores in the UK. 
Jack & Chill is now available in Ireland, Australia, the Middle East and Iceland. 

Jack & Chill founder Nisha pitched to investors at Food Tech Matters this April to raise more investment to further develop the brand.
