Previously Emily has held buying positions at The House of Bruar, The Savoy hotel, and most recently as Grocery Buyer for Whole Foods Market’s UK stores overseeing a wide range of categories such as non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, baking, breakfast, confectionery, zero-waste and seasonal ranging. Emily’s flexible consultancy practice has helped clients ranging from start-ups to multi-billion euro corporations, from coffee to hummus, ice cream to nut butters and more. Her clients have achieved listings in premium retailers such as Selfridges, Whole Foods Market and Planet Organic, through to multiple retailers like Waitrose, Booths, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
