Meet our story teller
Heading up Food Matters Explores is Elişa Roche, a chef, food stylist and senior journalist who has been the editorial director of food and drinks content for more than 40 magazines and websites globally.
She began her culinary career under the mentorship of celebrity chef Jamie Oliver as part of a Channel 4 TV show watched by 7 million people weekly, and went on to cook at Michelin-starred restaurants before being snapped up as a food writer.
She has worked as an advertising copywriter, a stylist and in recipe development for some of the biggest food & drinks brands in the world and now hosts our Career Conversations podcast.
Elişa is striving for a 360° level of culinary expertise by learning more every day about food tech and the future of food. She is uniquely placed to authentically tell your story, combining her love for the industry with rigorous editorial standards.
