About you
We are seeking an exceptional Junior Graphic Designer to develop striking graphics and elevate the brand. This individual will work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce elegant and effective designs for all media. The ideal candidate will be curious and energetic, possess a keen eye for detail combined with a versatile and agile approach, and be a first-class communicator and team player.
Responsibilities – objectives
- Working closely with the Lead Designer and the marketing team.
- Producing elegant and effective designs for all media.
- Creating proposal decks and pitches for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across channels.
- Following previous designs and create new digital publication layouts.
- Creating Canva templates for other members of the team to use.
- Finding imagery for articles and website pages.
- Researching (competitors, trends, ideas etc.)
Skills
- At least 2 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capabilities and branded concept development.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- A considered approach to design and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
- Knowledge and interest in current industry trends.
- Animation knowledge and illustration skills are desired.
- Hybrid work (two days a week in our office in Hammersmith)

- We offer a hybrid working system, with two days a week at our office in Hammersmith. Mondays and Fridays are always remote.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
- Salary £23.000 to £26.000
